Do you offer fixed fee accounting packages?

Yes we do. Prices start from $75 per month and will depend on the size and complexity of your business, as well as which services you would like included.

Do I get charged every time I need to contact you with a question?

We have a complimentary 10-minute quick queries service available in case you are unsure about something and that way, we can get things right the first time.

What information do I need to supply at year end and how do I provide it to you?

We give clients the option of submitting their year end financial information electronically via our online questionnaires or by downloading a PDF Questionnaire which you can then fill in and return hard copy information to our office.

Do I need to use an accounting package or can I supply you with a box of receipts?

We would encourage you to take advantage of using an online accounting package so that your information is all in one place for you, for us and for the IRD if necessary.

Having a centrally located repository of your information also means we will be able to complete your accounts more quickly, which will end up costing you less in the long run.

If you’re engaging us for business coaching or cashflow management services, it also makes it easier for us to collaborate with you in a timely manner.

I‘d like to use Xero or MYOB but I don’t know how!

Don’t worry, we can set up your accounting system and provide training so that you can get up and running quickly.

We understand that going digital can be a bit intimidating if you’re used to using paper or spreadsheets so we make it our mission to guide you and make sure you’re comfortable.
